Dear Parents and Families,
We are excited to share that our 6th grade students will have the opportunity to take part in Safe Circles and Morning Meetings this year. These special times are designed to help students feel connected, supported, and valued as members of our school community.
During Safe Circles and Morning Meetings, students will:
Build friendships and strengthen their sense of belonging
Practice important skills like listening, sharing, and problem-solving
Learn how to support one another and celebrate each other’s successes
Start each day with a positive mindset and a strong classroom community
Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where every student’s voice can be heard and respected.
These gatherings are not only meaningful for building character, but they also help set students up for success in their learning each day.
